**Your Role**

Being part of an international team you will be accountable for one of our brands, development & growth by identifying new opportunities on a global scale. Working closely with local brand managers from different countries, you will oversee the end-to-end brand development process, from investigation to implementation.

Based in our headquarters in Barcelona, you will report to the International Marketing Manager and will collaborate with other global roles in the company.

**What you will do**
- Understand the category and Brand under her/his responsibility
- Analyze and interpret market and consumers data from different sources to identify potential opportunities and strengthen the brand’s positioning
- Proactively identify new consumers trends and perform global competitive reviews on a regular basis
- In this context, detect new opportunities for the brand on a global basis taking into consideration the local business needs and the category development in the different countries
- Help define and lead the global innovation Brand pipeline with a long-term vision and the deployment in each core market
- Lead and implement innovative development projects, working closely with the local teams
- Understand and manage global Brand P&L

**What we are looking for**
- University Degree in Business, Marketing, or similar
- More than 5 years of experience in the Marketing Department of an FMCG business. Previous experience in global roles and leading innovation projects is a plus
- You are consumer “obsessed”: you are naturally curious, you investigate and always have the consumer in mind when making decisions and detecting opportunities
- Previous experience in managing a Brand’s P&L to ensure brand profitability
- Ability to win stakeholders' confidence to move forward and implement the innovation projects.
- Project management skills to successfully manage multiple projects of different sizes and deliver on time.
- English is our main language. Other languages such as Spanish, French, Italian, or Portuguese will be highly valued
- Availability to travel to different locations within Europe for key project stages
