We are looking for an analytical and solutions-driven Operations Intern to manage supply in our Spain ride-hailing operations. You will be responsible for growing supply while maintaining and improving on supply quality, performance and compliance. You will be working closely with the Operations Specialists and Country Manager where your work will have a direct impact on the business growth through achieving supply milestones and key metrics. Full-time internship. **Your daily adventures will include**: - Hands-on **supply management** in Spain - working autonomously and taking initiatives through the stages of fleet and driver acquisition, conversion and activation. - **Collaborating** with other Operations Specialists and Managers on city and countrywide projects. - **Analysing data** - you will monitor and analyse our supply performance, quality and city operations and many more metrics to ensure solid performance of every detail of our business. - Executing day-to-day **operational tasks **such as: i) calls to Fleets to add supply and inform about driver's behavior, ii) taking decisions on blocks and activations, iii) prepare official documents for Fleet. **We are looking for**: - Recent graduate or currently doing a Master's degree. - Someone based in Madrid, Spain. - A strong collaborator with **excellent communication skills** in English & Spanish. - **Data-driven analytical mindset **and skills with excellent Excel skills. - A **hustler**, not stopping after several obstacles a day. - Strong **motivation **to solve problems creatively and efficiently. - You **thrive in a fast-paced** environment. - Strong sense of sales. - You are **detail-oriented** and organised. - You are **customer-oriented** and will strive to strengthen your driver value proposition to ensure supply growth. - Someone who is **not afraid of operational tasks**, rolling up their sleeves and getting things done - no task can be beneath you.
