**What do you have to offer?**

- You have knowledge of Belgian payroll and / or post-payroll processes, hands-on or through your educational background.

- You learn quickly, take initiative, can plan your work independently and think proactively and solution-oriented. In addition, you are a good team player.
- You speak **Dutch and English.** French is an asset.
- Working experience with SAP HR is an asset.

**Which task can you expect?**
- Based on your expertise, you will run qualitative (payroll and / or post-payroll related processes for your client(s) on their SAP system.
- You will be responsible for the monthly preparation and completion of the payroll run, in accordance with legislation and internal procedures.
- In addition, you will be responsible for the optimal processing of post payroll tasks, which covers all NSSO (RSZ) tasks after payroll calculations; (DMFA, finprof belcotax, etc).
- You will be closely working together with your client’s HR department, supporting and guiding them with regards to payroll and post-payroll related questions and/or problems.
- You will recognize and propose optimalisations building a strong partnership relationship with your customer.
- You will also provide periodic and client-specific reporting.
- One of your priorities will be to be proactive and customer-focused in maintaining excellent customer relationships.
