**Key Accountabilities**
- You need to quickly understand how the customer's processes are built, also have some experience in reading and interpreting collective agreements. You also contribute your expertise to demonstrate opportunities for streamlining and improvement.

**Who you are**:

- Good knowledge of Swedish payroll
- Understanding the Payroll process
- Technical depth and understand how technology supports our customers' payroll processes.
- You need to be communicative and have an easy time creating good relationships with both customers and colleagues.
- You enjoy a role where you have daily customer contact and are motivated to create added value for the customer.
- You enjoy working both independently and in projects. You like challenges and have a good ability to see and understand holistic solutions from the customer's perspective.
- In addition, you are expected to have good knowledge of Swedish and English where you speak, read, and write fluently.
