**Your department**
The International Payroll Services business unit is the point of contact in Belgium for international employers regarding the employment of personnel in Belgium and Europe, including in the areas of Payroll, HR, Tax and Legal. We are currently looking for several International Payroll Consultants in the Antwerp office.
**Key Reponsabilities**
- Preparing, checking and following up the international payroll with mainly foreign contacts.
- Carrying out and following up on the administrative tasks of the customer.
- Advising the customer on administrative, payroll and legal questions, with the necessary support from our experts.
- Building a solid relationship with your customer as his confidant.
- Optimizing processes and tools we work with.
- After a settling-in period of several months, you will have the opportunity to work regularly from home and/or from a local office.
**What do we expect from you?**
- bachelor's degree or several years of relevant experience.
- Experience in international payroll is a plus.
- An excellent knowledge of Dutch and English, any other European language is an asset
- A strong interest in payroll and social-legal matters and want to work in an international B2B environment.
- Communication skills, stress resistant, customer-oriented and eager to learn.
- Commercial mindset
- Works meticulously and possesses practical-organizational competences.
- Contributes to our team spirit with a healthy dose of humor and flair.
