Empresa del sector equipos y servicios comerciales busca un/a booking agent para trabajar en Palma y realizar las siguientes tareas:

- Realizar atención telefónica.
- Gestión el correo de clientes del rent a car que necesitan algún tipo de resolución de dudas o incidencias relacionadas con su alquiler.
- Venta de servicios extras al alquiler del vehículo.
- Entre otras tareas propias del puesto.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência mínima de 6 meses en puesto similar al descrito.- Buscamos a una persona meticulosa y dinámica.
- Valorable residencia cercana al puesto de trabajo.

Formación:
Formación relacionada con atención al cliente y gestión de incidencias.Función:
Teleoperador/a atención al cliente recepción de llamadasIdiomas:

- Castellano hablado y escrito correctamente.- Inglés nível alto.
- Se valoran otros idiomas.
