**Requirements**:
**Who we’re looking for**

We’re looking for a PR and Communication Manager to join our Southern Europe (SEU) team and play a central role in designing the Shares social media strategy. Reporting to our General Manager (SEU), you will drive planning and execution of Shares’ PR efforts across to build relationships with local regulators, and drive customer acquisition, engagement and awareness.

You are passionate about media, show deep interest in financial and economic news and thrive at launching new projects to the moon? You see yourself as a doer, a strategist and a team leader altogether? You have thousands of disruptive ideas you would like to test and implement to grow Shares brand exposure, value proposition and set the brand apart? Then, no doubt, we want to hear from you

**What will I be doing?**
- Setting local PR strategy in partnership with global team
- Drafting content calendar for local channels
- Producing branded PR content and collaborate with local content creators
- Adapting and localise global PR media formats for your market
- Local tone of voice/adaptation of global tone
- Managing local PR media agency (if needed)

**What do we need from you?**
- You have a proven track record of building and executing PR strategy
- Building and maintaining a network of contacts, featuring local media outlets and content creators.
- Driving multiple PR projects aimed at the SEU region.
- Translating and adapting the global communication (press releases, creative copies, etc.) to be in line with the local conditions.
- You have a collaborative working style sharing ideas, taking feedback and communicating updates effectively to ensure everyone is on the same page
- You thrive in fast-paced working environments and can think on your feet and react to changes in plans whenever they arise calmly and offer solutions
- You are able to analyse and report PR media KPIs

**Good to Have**
- Past experiences in international environments
- Passionate about Fintech and the Trade market
- Fluent in English and Spanish
