Our client is a manufacturer of market-leading medical aesthetic device technologies. The company is growing its global marketing team and is looking to attract a **Media and Communications Manager Europe.**

The main task of the position is a successful translation of the company’s purpose, regional media & communication strategy and vison. This role will work closely with Marketing department and Consumer’s Marketing Managers to develop a full Media & Communication plan to achieve all objectives across the European region. This position will be responsible to overseeing all external communication, ensuring consistency on the message, brand awareness and brand positioning.

The position reports to Marketing Intelligence & Media Manager. The position is based in the company’s marketing hub in Barcelona. The company has a home office policy but requires being at the office at least 3 days per week.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Build, plan and implement the overall PR and media plan and strategy
- Consumer understanding through media consumption
- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
- Influencer marketing - strategy and execution
- Translate Global PR Guidelines to Local Markets and Plan Execution
- Lead, plan and execute Internal and External Conventions
- Create Media & communication follow-up report to regional & global teams
- Validate all Regional Media & Communication with Compliance

**Key qualifications and experience**
- Relevant University Degree in Marketing, media or Public Relations
- Previous working experience as Media and Communications Manager within the Beauty, Health & wellbeing and/or Aesthetics sector
- Previous working experience with international scope
- Consumer centric approach experience
- Public relations and Event planning experience in coordination with Communications agency
- Excellent Financial Acumen, including superior budgeting, forecasting, data analysis
- Collaborative communication style and team player
- Strong organization and time-management skills, attention to detail
- English language is a must, other languages are preferred
- Ability to travel up to 50%
