Welcome to the **AWWG International Internship & Graduate Program**: an opportunity to have a full assignment and star building a career through your first working experience.
This is a one year program, with the possibility to join the company after that period and enjoy the complete 3-year development plan.

AWWG is the global fashion group that integrates the brands Pepe Jeans London, Hackett, and Façonnable, and is the licensed distributor for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein in Spain and Portugal through PVH Iberia.

**Goal of the position**

**Tasks**:

- Assisting when ensuring that payments are being made on time, while monitoring and chasing outstanding debts
- Assisting when ensuring that satisfactory credit references are obtained for all customers
- Supporting the active management of the Accounts Receivables for our international markets and improve where needed
- Helping with reducing the DSO (Daily Sales Outstanding) and maintaining it at or below industry norm
- Helping with releasing orders and making weekly aging and outstanding reports
- Helping with communication and request of the credit limit with our Credit Insurance Agency
- Supporting when setting up and standardizing procedures regarding matter such as reminders, claims, complaints etc.
- Giving support in daily tasks such as cash postings, communication with the Customer Service Department and external agents and the handling of cash issues and customer complaints

**Who you are**:

- This program is for you if you are studying or have finished a degree in Finance, or a similar degree
- Advanced proficiency in Italian and English is required; Spanish, or any other languages are a big plus
- Good use of MS Office tools, especially Excel, but also Power Point and Word
- Knowledge about SAP, accounting and accounts receivables activities is a plus
- Passion for the world of retail and fashion
- Previous professional experience is not required but the ambition and energy to give your best is a must

- ** Internship program**:It´s mandatory that you can sign an internship agreement with your university. Get your first professional experience
- **Graduate program**:For graduates from official bachelor or master studies within the last three years. Keep growing as a professional
