Welcome to the **AWWG International Internship & Graduate Program**: an opportunity to have a full assignment and star building a career through your first working experience.
This is a one year program, with the possibility to join the company after that period and enjoy the complete 3-year development plan.

AWWG is the global fashion group that integrates the brands Pepe Jeans London, Hackett, and Façonnable, and is the licensed distributor for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein in Spain and Portugal through PVH Iberia.

**Goal of the position**:
To support the finance department within the area accounting, credit control and quality as well as supporting customers with financial matters

**Tasks**:

- Help with the development of the department withing the digitalization process
- Ensure customers pay withing their agreed payment terms, chasing payments if necessary, as per the companys debt collection procedure
- Daily handling of cash issues and customers complaint
- Maintain DSO (Daily Sales Outstanding) at or below industry norm
- Maintaince relationship with sales and customer service department
- Actively managing the Accounts Receivable for our international markets an improve where needed
- Releasing orders and making weekly aging and outstanding reports
- Communication and request of credit limit with our Credit Insurance Age
- Set up and standardizing procedures regarding reminders, claims, complaints
- Daily cash posting

**Who you are**:

- This program is for you if you are studying or have finished a Bachelor's or Masters degree (preferably in Economics or Finance)
- Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish is required, Portuguese is strongly valued
- Good use of MS Office tools, especially Excel
- Knowledge of ERP system (SAP) is a plus
- Knowledge of Accounting, AR activity and OTC is a plus
- Passion for the world of retail and fashion
- Previous professional experience is not required but the ambition and energy to give your best is a must

- ** Internship program**:It´s mandatory that you can sign an internship agreement with your university. Get your first professional experience
