**What will you do?**
- Maintain up to date registers and org. chart for all entities.
- Manage corporate documentation (charter, articles of association, bylaws etc.) and capital related matters (capital changes, injection of funds, etc.).
- Maintenance of statutory registers and records.
- Track and ensure compliance with applicable corporate legal and regulatory requirements, including periodic corporate filings (director changes, share transfers, capital increase, etc.) and annual reports.
- Tracking and renewal of business licenses, permits and other registrations.
- Support establishment and dissolution of entities globally.
- Ensure intercompany agreements are in place.
- Provide support and guidance to the board of directors, including preparing materials for board meetings, drafting resolutions, and advising on governance best practices.
- Oversee relationships with local service providers (corporate secretary service).
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. HR, finance, compliance) to ensure legal matters are aligned with the company's objectives.
- Collaborate with global legal teams to ensure consistent corporate legal practices across jurisdictions.

**What makes you a great match for us?**
- E**ducational Background**: LL.B/LL.M degree from a recognized European university.
- **Experience**:3-5 Years
- **Language Proficiency**:Excellent communication skills in English.
- **Expertise in Corporate Law**: Proven experience in corporate law, particularly for private limited liability companies.
- **Experience in Corporate Governance**: Experience in an international setting, with a focus on legal entity governance and regulatory reporting for European entities.
- **Cross-border Communication**: Strong experience in liaising with foreign stakeholders and navigating multi-jurisdictional environments.
- **Multi-National Exposure**: Experience working in large-scale businesses or multinational corporations.
