**FUNCTIONS**: ¿Eres abogado/a y cuentas con experiência en Urbanismo? ¿Conoces el sector de la hostelería y sus diferentes áreas de operación a nível legislativo? Si la respuesta es sí, esta es tu oferta Como Legal Counsel de una empresa hotelera sostenible de lujo, te responsabilizarás de llevar a cabo las siguientes funciones: - Elaboración de informes y opiniones legales en materia de Urbanismo (planeamiento, gestión y disciplina urbanística, análisis Due Diligence en la materia, proceso contencioso-administrativo, etc.). - Redacción y negociación de contratos de hoteles de nueva construcción o adquisición. - Consultas legales que afecten a la región España y Portugal. - Análisis de riesgos legales. - Coordinación con abogados externos. Para ello, deberás cumplir con los siguientes requisitos: - Grado en Derecho. - Imprescindible experiência mínima de 2- 3 años en el área de urbanismo en el sector hotelero. - Máster de Acceso a la Abogacía. - Imprescindible dominio alto del inglés, nível C1/C2. - Se valorará positivamente otro título de postgrado y/o certificación en un área relacionada con Derecho Urbanístico o similares.
