Join our dynamic European Legal Team, covering Southern Europe, Central Europe, and Iberia Based in Madrid, Spain, you'll collaborate with a passionate team of legal experts and provide comprehensive legal support to our operations in Spain and Portugal.
In our Legal Counsel role, you'll be at the forefront of navigating commercial and contractual law within the dynamic tech industry. You'll provide expert legal advice, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks in commercial transactions and contracts.

Reporting directly to our Legal Manager in Madrid, you'll engage in challenging and rewarding legal work, contributing to our mission of excellence in legal services across Europe becoming a key player in our vibrant and diverse team
This position offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge legal issues related to new technologies, making a significant impact on our innovative projects and business strategies
**Responsabilidades principales**
- Negotiate and draft all types of contracts in an international context, in the IT and new technologies area (license, maintenance, SaaS, professional services contracts, distribution and Tech Partner agreements )
- Work closely with our local and global Privacy team In order to guarantee compliance with data privacy regulations;
- Manage pre-litigation cases in connection with our Customer Success team;
- Manage litigation cases in collaboration with external advisors;
- Work closely with the rest of the European Legal team and the rest of the legal teams across the globe;
- Supporting the launch and development of new products;
- Guarantee that all Compliance matters are correctly implemented at local level.

Are you a legal professional with a passion for new technologies? We're looking for someone with a Law Degree, ideally with a specialization in new technologies. If you have 3-5 years of experience, preferably in an international company within the tech sector or a law firm, we want to hear from you Your expertise in commercial and contractual law, especially related to new technologies, will be highly valued. Fluency in English, particularly in contractual legal English, is essential. Additionally, proficiency in Portuguese would be a great asset.
