**GENERAL CONTEXT**

Médecins Sans Frontières is an international independent medical-humanitarian organization, which offers assistance to populations in distress, to victims of natural or man-made disasters and to victims of armed conflict, without discrimination and irrespective of race, religion, creed or political affiliation.

MSF is a civil society initiative that brings together individuals committed to the assistance of other human beings in crisis. As such MSF is by choice an association. Each individual working with MSF does it out of conviction and is ready to uphold the values and principles of MSF.

MSF OCBA is currently embarking on a strategic Program to implement an integrated ERP system, encompassing Supply Chain Management (AKIBA), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), and Financial Management (FINIS), following a unified and transversal organizational approach. By leveraging technology as a catalyst for positive change, OCBA aims to enhance its capacity to support MSF operations more effectively and efficiently.

The program will span several years, with incremental rollouts to different operational streams and populations within in the Field and HQ. We are looking for an experienced Communication and Change Manager to accompany the organization through the deployment and adoption of three new ERPs.

**GENERAL OBJECTIVE**

The Communication and Change Manager will guarantee that OCBA’s successfully adopt the three new solutions for Supply Chain & Logistics, Finance and Human Resources ensuring a smooth transition by strategically managing organizational change, minimizing disruptions, and maximizing functional users as well as employee adoption. By collaborating closely with key users, partners and other stakeholders, the Communication and Change Manager will foster a culture of change readiness and empower the organization to achieve its strategic goals.

This is a newly created role within Program and there is an expectation that the scope and functioning of this position will evolve and be adapted as changes are implemented.

The Communication & Change Manager will be accountable to the OCBA Head of ERP Program (Projects & IT Office) and responsible of the Learning & Communication Referent (Projects & IT Office).

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND MAIN TASKS**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Change management strategy aligned with Program’s transformation goals working in close collaboration with the Project Managers of the 3 new solutions.
- Assess organizational impact of the new solutions implementation and identify main stakeholders and potential resistance points. Oversee the implementation of mitigation change-related risks and issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with very heterogeneous stakeholders: from key users or early adopters to high level stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Oversee the dissemination of communications regarding the status and progress of various projects, ensuring transparent updates are delivered to all stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication to involve staff at all levels, ensuring their awareness and involvement in project developments and organizational changes.
- Support the Communication & Learning Referent in designing and implementing training programs to equip employees with the skills needed to effectively use the new solutions.
- Ensure that lessons learned (also from other Projects) are integrated into future actions, processes, and strategies to enhance project outcomes.
- Produce communication materials to ease the adoption of new transformational tools, and work together with both internal experts and the integrator’s counterpart on the adaptation of communication and training material to the MSF population and culture (SharePoint site, Yammer Group, Newsletter, Events, etc.)
- Foster a change-ready culture and empower employees to embrace new processes and technologies.

**SELECTION CRITERIA**
- Senior expertise in Change Management (Proven experience of at least successfully achieved objectives in 3 different projects)
- Experience in transformation projects within large organizations and evolving environment. Experience in IT transformation projects is a plus
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in managing organizational change, particularly within ERP implementations or large-scale technology projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in communication strategies and stakeholder engagement in complex, multicultural environments.
- Project management background mandatory
- Experience in Humanitarian sector is a plus. Field experience is a plus
- Fluent in English, French and Spanish are desirable.
- Good computer knowledge as a user (Microsoft Office setting, Excel, Power BI).

**CONDITIONS**
- Contract duration: until Project’s Implementations (mid 2028)
- Annual gross salary: level HQ 4A + secondary benefits based on MSF OCBA Reward Policy.
