To support our development, we are constantly looking for new talent ready to make a difference

You will have an essential role in our Customer Care team for our Influence platform. You will provide functional support by answering any questions related to the product, as well as independently managing and handling the users' support requests. You will be the direct interface between the R&D teams and the customers, in the context of user requests (assistance, service requests, management of anomalies, or complex operating issues).

Your main missions will be:

- Correctly identifying customer requests
- Proposing the best possible solutions to answer customer problems or questions
- You will collaborate with our Marketing department to improve the communication with the brands and the Influencer community
- You will collaborate with our Customer Success department to ensure the quality of the relationship with our clients
- You will collaborate with our Product team department to report customer requests
- You will use Zendesk and several other platforms to communicate and support our clients and solve their incidents
- Participating in the consolidation and improvement of our knowledge base
- Improving the efficiency of customer service (callback time, processing, etc.) and guaranteeing the quality of the company by keeping the customer informed
- Analyzing then providing feedback in case of the discovery of bugs, as well as participating in the evolution of the solution.
- Identifying and reporting any information on recurring problems
- Eventually training colleagues or newcomers to use the information system

**Requirements**:

- Graduated with BA/BS degree or similar college-level education in Business, Marketing, Publicity, PR...
- Possibility of signing an internship agreement with your University/School (Convenio de prácticas con tu Universidad/Escuela)
- Understanding of digital ecosystem landscape and relationships
- Comfortable with hard work and objective-oriented culture
- Ability to follow thoroughly and improve our processes and procedures
- Initiative taker, fast learner, and motivated
- Great communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
