- Draft the initial contracts and/or amendments with the information received from Operations, Legal and/or Commercial Teams
- Liaising with Legal and Commercial Team to properly manage new contract negotiations with the prospective clients, included but not limited to CDAs, MSAs, WOs and DPAs
- Administer contracts and amendments ensuring compliance with company policies acting as focus point for all communication with Legal, Finance, and Operations, and Commercial Disciplines for resolution of contract issues
- Ensure all contractual documents and budgets undergo quality check and review
- Initiate and/or review proposed contract modifications and negotiate or refer to other internal departments for review as appropriate
- Provide regular updates of the status of contract negotiations
- Manage the signature process through DocuSign
- Daily ad hoc support to Commercial and Legal Team’s administrative requests
- Update the sales tracking database
- Ensure all fully executed contracts are distributed to the relevant parties
- Upload all contracts to internal SharePoint system using the agreed folder structure and file naming convention
- Working independently under time pressure to meet tight deadlines. Must be able to manage workload and prioritise activities to ensure timely completion of assignments

**Qualifications**
- Ideally a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Business Management and a minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in a similar industry
- Strong initiative to learn
- Strong English written and oral communication skills
- Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel to intermediate level
- Proven ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines
- Ability to manage relationships and communicate with senior managers and directors
- SalesForce experience is desirable but not essential
