Associate Corporate Counsel, AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services Job ID: | Amazon.com Services LLC Amazon's Legal Department is looking for a talented Associate Corporate Counsel to support Amazon Web Services (AWS), a dynamic and rapidly growing business at the forefront of cloud computing. This Associate Corporate Counsel will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and will support the AWS Specialists & Partners team. This Associate Corporate Counsel will draft, negotiate, and advise on strategic contracts and initiatives with customers and partners. The successful candidate works well within a large legal team, but is also able to work independently. We hire attorneys with experience in a variety of practice areas, including (but not limited to) litigators, general corporate, mergers & acquisitions, technical transactions, intellectual property, telecommunications, real estate, products, regulatory compliance, and privacy.
