**Programme Coordinator - Financial Crime Compliance**

**Ebury Madrid Office Based**

The Programme Coordinator will report into our Head of Financial Crime Transformation in the Financial Crime Compliance department. We are ideally looking for someone with project management / PMO experience in a financial crime environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reporting to Head of Financial Crime Transformation.
- Planning for projects and actions required for closure of recommendations from auditors and external reviewers:

- Tracking of progress against baseline plans;
- Tracking of risks, assumptions and dependencies.
- Tracking of approvals through governance for key deliverables.
- Liaison with Project Managers of related projects.
- Develop reporting to communicate programme status and highlight any milestones at risk.
- Produce reporting/MI on an ongoing basis
- Co-ordination of the FCTP Steering Committee:

- Co-ordination of updates for packs;
- Supporting deliverable owners get deliverables ready for approval;
- Preparation and distribution of minutes.
- Tracking of actions and decisions.
- Ad hoc support to the FCTP Programme Manager.
