The DP Coordinator ensures that the programme aligns with IB philosophy, standards, and best practices while supporting teachers, students, and parents to ensure academic and personal success. As a member of theLeadership Team, the DP Coordinator also contributes to whole-school planning, evaluation, and professional development initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Programme ManagementLead and oversee the implementation and development of the IB Diploma Programme in line with IB Standards & Practices. Serve as themain liaison with the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO)for all Diploma Programme matters.. Coordinate admissions and subject selection processes for new DP students. Maintain accurate student records.Teaching, Learning & CurriculumEnsure high standards of teaching and learning in accordance with IB pedagogy and the Learner Profile. Oversee and support the DP Core (TOK, CAS, Extended Essay). Guide curriculum review, documentation, and alignment with the MYP. Facilitate collaborative planning and promote inquiry-based learning across all subjects. Ensure timely distribution of IB diplomas and transcripts.Qualifications & ProfileBachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and valid teaching qualification. Significant experience teaching and/or coordinating within the IB Diploma Programme. Strong understanding of IB philosophy, assessment, and standards. Proven leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
