**Descripción del trabajo**:

- Proporcionar un servicio excelente al cliente, con información clara y concisa.
- Supervisar todos los pedidos de reservas individuales y de grupos.
- Encargarse de la recopilación e introducción de información de reservas recibidas en el sistema, para que la información sea accesible internamente, garantizando el éxito de todo el proceso.
- Prospección y captación de nuevos clientes.
- Apoyo administrativo/operacional.

**Requisitos**:

- Fluencia en Español y Catalán. Inglés será valorado
- Fuerte orientación comercial
- Gusto por el servicio al cliente
- Buenas habilidades informáticas
- Buena presentación
- Fuerte sentido de la responsabilidad
- Dinamismo, organización y iniciativa
- Excelente dotes de comunicación y argumentación
- Habilidad de trabajo bajo presión
- Disponibilidad para trabajar por turnos y fin de semana
- Experiência mínima de 1 año en funciones similares
