We are looking for the best FRENCH CUSTOMER CARE AGENT to join the ADM Value Barcelona team.
We are a leading multinational company with over 20 years experience in the customer management sector through Contact Centre operations. We have 16 call centres in France, Spain, Morocco, Madagascar, Senegal and Mauritius.
From your position, you will help us to offer the best customer service to one of our benchmark partners, a prestigious airline that converts accumulated miles into airline tickets and other fare benefits.
We offer:
A permanent contract of 39 hours per week
Monday to Sunday from 8am to 8pm (2 weekends off per month)
2 rotating shifts from 8am to 4pm and 12pm to 8pm
Training starts asap.
Training timetable: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm for 4 weeks.
Must have previous customer service experience
Native Dutch with an advanced level of English
Be optimistic, decisive, empathetic and communicative
