**Your role**

**As a **Operations Support & Excellence Analyst** **your main responsibilities will involve**
- Supports the Service Executive in managing incident escalations and complaints for the Business Intelligence and Analytics team, working closely with the Business Units and the service providers to resolve individual service issues.
- Supports the Service Executive in managing the change management process for the Business Intelligence and Analytics team.
- Collaborates with Operations Support & Excellence Lead and the Service Executive in the definition, standardization, industrialization, and optimization of processes related to daily Business Intelligence and Analytics operations and compliance execution.
- Collaborates with audit and compliance execution activities.
- Supports and collaborates on vulnerability patching management for the Business Intelligence & Analytics team.
- Track’s operations KPIs and proposes continuous improvements related to these KPIs.
- Liaises with the base support (Level 1.5 team) in order to ensure documentation and management of ITIL processes are in place and with the objective to address real and potential service issues resulting from gaps in the processes.
- Meets regularly with Level 1.5 lead in order to address real and potential service gaps.
- Collaborates with the ramping up of the required documentations and resources to ensure new solutions are smoothly being transitioned into regular operations.
- Support technical project implementation.

**Your Skills and Experience**

**As a Operations Support & Excellence Analyst your skills and qualifications will ideally include**

**Required**:

- University IT bachelor’s degree or similar
- 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure related work, preferably 2nd line and above.
- Knowledge of ITIL & AGILE methodologies (certifications are a plus)
- English b2

**Specific skills**:

- Time Management
- Strong organizational skills
- Documentation creation
- Project Management (Jr)
- Strong Communication Skills (being able to present in front of a large forum)
- Optimization and Improvement oriented mindset

**Preferred**:

- PowerBI or Python is a plus
- Infrastructure Design
- Cloud Computing Basics
