**Tu Rol**:

- Como **Data Operations Manager **colabora para mejorar el control de los procesos, aumentando la productividad, mejorando los tiempos y disminuyendo los errores y problemas que puedan aparecer.
- ** Diseñar los procedimientos en el área de Data Infraestructura para asegurar la disponibilidad de los servicios y el rendimiento.**:

- Proporcionar herramientas para garantizar los objetivos del Departamento de Infraestructura.
- Consonancia con los procesos de gestión de cambio y participar en el diseño de planes de acción.

**Tu perfil**:

- **
Experiência en equipos devops. (dataops es un plus)**:

- Experiência con entorno Cloud min 2 años (AWS es un plus)
- ** Experiência gestionando equipos de guardias.**:

- CI/CD framework (por ejemplo, jenkins, git, etc.)
- ** Soluciones de monitorización.**:

- ITIL Processes (Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management)
- Experiência en Jira o producto similar.

- Acceso a la información confidencial relativa al cliente del que es responsable.
- Solicitud de medidas / usuarios.
- Observancia del cumplimiento de las políticas de seguridad y las políticas internas.
