**Context and team**
As a Customer Operations Manager at Phenix Spain, you will play a crucial role in launching the company operations across the country ; ensuring the success of our clients by overseeing the delivery of our services to food retailers and manufacturers. Your responsibilities will encompass customer success, operational efficiency and data analysis.
This is an exceptional opportunity to make a meaningful impact while growing professionally with the company. You’ll work closely with Jean-Baptiste, Spain Country Manager and Barcelona’s team manager (5 people). As the pioneer member of the Customer team in Spain, you will have the opportunity to shape the future and eventually lead a team of your own
**Main responsabilities**
- Drive customer success by building strong relationships with food retailers and FMCG clients.
- Be proactive in identifying opportunities for revaluation to optimize surplus food monetization.
- Oversee onboarding and implementation processes on-site, requiring nationwide travel.
- Manage donation operations and coordinate with charitable organizations for timely pickups.
- Conduct process analysis and leverage data to improve operational efficiency.

- 3 to 5 years of experience in customer management and operational roles.
- Native Spanish speaker with proficient English language skills (french is a +).
- Demonstrated maturity and potential for growth, with the aspiration to become a team lead.
- Experience in the food industry is advantageous.
- Proficient in digital tools, including Excel, CRM systems (Salesforce) and data analytics platforms (Looker) ; with strong analytical skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset (as a partner to existing clients and charities - we do not require the person to acquire new clients).
- Ability to adapt communication with stakeholders at various levels, from department managers to executives (verbal and strong writing abilities).
- Outstanding sense of organization and prioritization to manage operations and the wide diversity of tasks.
