**Position**:Operations Manager - Contracting

**Company**: We are a specialist firm specialising in the supply and installation of materials to the gas industry. We are in Barcelona, and our team serves clients in Europe, USA and Asia.

**Location**: Barcelona, Spain

**Role Overview**:
As the Operations Manager you will be responsible for the effective delivery of project outcomes to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Management and leadership of our operations teams, globally
- Development of operational strategies to improve profitability and client outcomes
- Continuous improvement of our systems, policies, processes and IT infrastructure
- Delivering on-budget outcomes for our construction and refurbishment projects
- The establishment and management of key performance indicators
- The establishment and management of quality control and risk management systems

**Requirements**:

- A relevant tertiary degree (e.g. Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, etc).
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment outside normal office hours

Pay: 90,000.00€ - 100,000.00€ per year
