Accounting Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Process all A/P invoices and consolidated billing; maintain accounts payable files, follow up on outstanding invoices
- Record all bank transactions, categorize deposits and expenses, and reconcile all bank accounts
- Send, track and scan receipts into database, as needed
- Assist with maintaining vendor account records, including billing information, account status, etc
- Assist with monthly balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports
- Coordinate with management to create annual budget
- Prepare A/R invoices and conduct all followup
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual state sales taxes
- Process bi-monthly payroll
- Perform other related bookkeeping duties and assist with projects assigned by management
- Process chargebacks and shipping claims
- Assist in all vendor/brand credit matters
- Additional accounting and analytical responsibilities may include but are not limited to, inventory analysis, cost of goods sold calculations, and reporting, financial modeling, audit support and more.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of accounting experience
- Bachelors Degree of Equivalent Experience
- Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
- Basic proficiency in Word, Excel, Google Sheets, etc.
- Detail-oriented and extremely accurate data entry skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
- Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities
