**Guest Service Line Agent - Hotel de Mar A Gran Meliá 5**

**Hotel de Mar, A Gran Meliá** es un hotel de 5 estrellas, miembro de The Leading Hotels of the World, situado en primera línea del mar con vistas a las maravillosas aguas azules de Mallorca.

Buscamos un/a **Guest Service Line Agent** que se identifique con nuestra cultura de servicio, con el fin de asegurar un servicio de excelencia a nuestros huéspedes.

**Misión del puesto**: Guest service Line es el servicio de atención telefónica del hotel. Su principal función es crear una experiência única a nuestros huéspedes, asegurando un servicio excelente y de calidad en la atención telefónica, cumpliendo siempre con los estándares de la marca Gran Meliá y LHW. Además, darás apoyo al departamento de Guest Experience con distintas tareas: atención al cliente, preparación de estancias de huéspedes VIP, seguimiento de incidencias entre otras.

**¿Qué buscamos?**
- Experiência mínima de un año en puesto similar en hoteles de 4 y 5*
- Formación en Turismo, Relaciones Públicas o similar.
- Nível alto de inglés. El dominio de otros idiomas será muy valorado.
- Flexibilidad horaria.
- Capacidad de resolución de problemas.
- Persona proactiva y con excelente comunicación.
- Residencia en provincia vacante.
