Texub B.V. is a start-up Global B2B Marketplace that offers a safe, stable, and seamless trade ecosystem for Global IT Trade in the B2B environment. Our office locations are in the Netherlands, United Arab Emirates, Africa, USA, India, Miami, and in Singapore. We are looking for a new person to join us in our European department for the position of either a Junior Trading Sales Manager or Logistics Executive.
**Sales Manager tasks**
- Through targeted analysis, you will identify new sales opportunities and strengthen current customer relationships.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring that both parties are satisfied with the agreement.
- Monitor prices and changes in the market to anticipate trends and know how to maneuver.
- Develop strategic, long-term partnerships with customers and suppliers by understanding their needs.
**Logistics Executive tasks**
- Overseeing and coordinating logistics of the transport.
- Liaising with the warehouse to ensure all legal documentation is collected and stored.
- Liaising with the accounts department.
- Ensure all transportation activities comply with regulations.
- Act as a single point of contact for escalation issues.
**Your profile**
- Previous experience as a trader would be a great asset.
- You have a sales-focused mind and character allowing you to be responsible for your targets.
- You are open to speaking with new and potential clients/suppliers.
- You are driven to get a win every day. You can take calculated risks and you operate independently.
- Have the ability to execute under pressure in a fast-paced environment along with conviction and decisiveness.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Possesses the capability to approach and deal with different cultures and environments.
- You must be fluent in English; any additional language will be seen positively.
**Team specific requirements**
- You have a distinguished trait of being a team player.
- You are outgoing and self-confident.
- You have completed commercial training or possess prior commercial or trading knowledge or experience.
- Accommodating and flexible to changes and able to work accordingly.
