Overview:
She/He will be responsible for supporting the Leadership Team in the creation and strategy implementation of the
**Impact Xcelerator - Innovation Center** and its projects and programs.

This role includes gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, execute and implement new initiatives, and developing and communicating recommendations. It also involves presenting results and helping to create the Sci-Tech School
**Impact Xcelerator - Innovation Center.**

**Responsibilities**:
**Key Action Areas**:
**_ Project/ Program Management:_**
- Leverage on the IE Alumni community to contact corporations and institutions.
- Identify top corporations to sign collaboration agreements with the Impact Xcelerator - Innovation Center.
- Implement the different initiatives (projects and program of the Impact Xcelerator together with its Director. Coordinate and organize events/courses with partners and stakeholders, both at IE or at external locations.
- Act as a point of contact (being in constant communication) with different stakeholders and other departments involved in the proposals/projects/programs: for instance, with faculty members, other members of the team and corporate relations departments, among others.

**_ Business Analysis:_**
- Analyze the Sci Tech school performance results. Build models to evaluate the economics, value, and opportunity costs of strategic initiatives intended to increase productivity of the school and benchmark with competitors.
- Help optimize improvements and develop a metrics-driven approach to track all issues, actions, and results.
- Asses new investment opportunities and assist the management in investment decisions.
- Coordinate with operations executive to streamline and channel efforts to improve budget performance of the organization.
- Establish data-driven establish business analysis frameworks and monitor the progress of key indicators, business opportunities and risks, providing solid business diagnosis and practical solutions.
- Be on top of industry data and constantly be on the lookout for indicators of where IE may be able to compete for, and win, partners, and sponsors.

Qualifications:
**Requirements**:

- Undergraduate degree, preferably Master´s Management & Data Analytics.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- +2-3 years of experience in an analytical role, creating impactful solutions.
- Experience in working on educational projects and/or business analyst, program management, development, marketing, and/or communications positions is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with several different stakeholders to deliver existing services and co-create new ones. Being able to work autonomously is also important, but the work style at IE is primarily a team-based environment.
- Great communication skills both oral and written, including delivering presentations to clients demonstrating poise and professionalism.
- Extremely well-developed interpersonal skills, and the proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships, having a solid customer experience focus.
- Experience building collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, inside and outside the organizations.
- Capability to work within tight deadlines, with technology and to navigate an entrepreneurial culture.
