As** Senior Associate Director, **you will play a critical role in connecting our diverse student body with exceptional career opportunities in the Global Impact sector (International Relations, Public Sector, Social Impact & Sustainability)**.** You will be responsible of a team for both building strong relationships with leading organizations and enterprises and help students prepare to excel in their recruiting processes.

**Responsibilities**:
**Your role as **Senior Associate Director (Head of Global Impact) **will involve**:

- **Employer Relations & Business Development**:

- Develop and execute a strategic outreach plan to attract top-tier organizations and enterprises to IE University.
- Manage and expand a portfolio of employer partners, including conducting regular visits and fostering relationships.
- Leverage alumni networks and faculty expertise to cultivate connections with the market.
- Represent IE University nationally and internationally at industry events and conferences (30 to 50% travel required).
- Partner with the marketing team to create compelling communication and marketing plans for recruiting events.
- Develop increasing levels of knowledge about specific market trends, corporate strategy and recruitment expectations of core clients by conducting ongoing research and engagement with the company representatives and alumni to ensure students have current information about specific job markets.
- ** Student Career Preparation**:

- Coordinate sector specific training and events for students interested in careers with Global Impact.
- Collaborate with student clubs to organize industry treks and networking events with professionals.
- Develop and deliver workshops and informational sessions about sectors and interview preparation for specific sectors or companies.
- Develop and promote career resources and educational events relevant to the Global Impact sector.
- Manage and report on employment data and statistics.

Qualifications:
**To thrive in this role, you should have**:

- Master's degree.
- Experience in business development or corporate relations, minimum of 3 years.
- International experience, minimum of 2 years.
- Working experience in Sustainability, Social Impact or International Relations.
- Prior experience working in teams, leadership experience is a must.
- Strong understanding of the Global Impact industry landscape and recruiting practices.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally with diverse constituency, including senior executives.
- Structured worker, with a strong sense of reality.
- Great organizational skills, being able to prioritize with a strategic mindset.
- Results oriented, with strong attention to processes. Highly motivated to achieve objectives, both individually and as part of a team.
- Ability to travel regularly and work evenings and weekends occasionally.
- Proven ability to create and establish external business relationships.
- Global mentality, being able to work with people from different backgrounds and keep an open mind to different needs and cultures.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in business development or account management within the Global Impact sector.
- Strong interest for at least 2 of the following fields: International Relations, Social Impact, Cooperation and Development, Sust
