Business Partner Mes Sr Manager Lead

**Job Description Summary**: The objective of this role is to manage a team that actively partner with the business and IT to gathering requirements in the area of MES/MOM. Participate in the technical design of the solution supporting the technical architect. Support the SME network in the space of MES/MON. You need to have a very good mindset in problem-solving because in this role we expect that you contribute and prepare the implementation plans and be accountable for the execution of projects in MES/MON.

In this position you will be responsible for leading and strategizing digital transformation 3-5 years roadmap in the area of MES/MOM across all BD manufacturing sites becoming one of the enablers for the digital manufaturing transformation. You will also responsible to set standards in MES/MOM and leading large scale projects.

This position reports directly to the IT Lead Business Partner, Manufacturing, MES, Plant Maintenance.

Primary responsibilities will include:

- Produce attractive, cost-effective solutions that will transform clients’ businesses
- Plan, design, and build complex digital roadmaps for MES/MOM for APRISO Delmia
- Helping in the creation of business cases to deploy MES/MON across other BD sites aligned with the BD digital manufacturing roadmap transformation.
- Lead a team to be responsive and efficient in the execution of the portfolio of projects in a timely manner.
- Provide the mentoring and coaching of subordinates to develop the maximum capability of each individual and provide growth assignments for individuals to gain experience, exposure and provide challenge
- Establishing value-adding, strategic partner relationships for themselves and for the entire TGS function
- Partner with the SMEs in the area of production execution, quality management teams to plan new joint initiatives, evaluate proposals, and determine how they fit into roadmaps and priorities
- Stays in sync with, and responsible for enforcing, all local, state, federal and BD safety regulations, policies/procedures.
- Manage and facilitate TGS’ partner teams to ensure delivery provides the desired outcomes
- Work with other TGS Business Partners and TGS’ Core Areas of Delivery to ensure that solutions are not siloed and that they are informed by, and are integrated with, BD’s enterprise roadmaps
- Ensure projects and initiatives are delivered, providing consistent and effective communication on status and managing escalation and avoiding risk.
- Measure and communicate value realized on a periodic basis through defined and agreed upon metrics and supporting analysis.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

In addition, this person should also possess:

- 10 years of experience in a information systems enviroment
- 5+ years of experience across some or all of the following areas MES/MOM, Internet of Things (IOT) platforms, SCADA, PC
- Experience in MES, Delmia Apriso is required specially in the area or traceability of materials and warehousing.
- It is mandatory to have experience managing team including in-house employes and external consultants and have excellent judgement and be comfortable to be decision-making.
- Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and SMEs.
- Must have experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies and can formulate new programs to generate excitement and engagement and have a highly collaborative work style which includes working effectively across all organizational levels
- Experience in Advanced Manufacturing System Architecture
- Understanding of Industry 4.0 will be good but not a must
- Must have some experience Ensure compliance with FDA, SOX, and other regulatory agencies
- Experience working in a highly matrixed organization and in overcoming ambiguity

education

Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering or a related field is strongly preferred.

Educational certificate or training in a Dassault Apriso solutions is a plus.
