**Position Summary
***:
We are helping Nestle taking better decision leveraging Data and Analytics. Looking for a colleague who:

- Is passionate to drive the business value through data and analytics.
- Is good to bring the people on the common board building aligned consistent scalable architecture containing multitude of products combining diverse technologies.
- Enjoy working in multi-cultural team distributed around geography, cultures, and experiences.
- Coming with own ideas and innovating the approaches achieving the goals.
- As part of the broader architecture team contributes evolving the group architecture.

**A day in the life of...
***:

- Engage with the businesses in zone EUR to understand their need from the architecture and align the architecture of their solutions to the global one.
- Work with the group of architects to influence global architecture fitting the need of businesses.
- Connect the expertise within the architect network answering the specific need.
- Architect the eventual regional solutions.
- Help coordinating delivery of solutions.

**What will make you successful***:

- Strong communication skills - specifically active listening and adjusting the communication to receiver need. You communicate effectively with all levels of business and technical professionals in English and remotely.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen
- Experience in stakeholder management as well as in conflict resolution in a cross-functional environment.
- Experience working in Data and analytics space.
- Experience with technologies like Power BI, Azure, Snowflake, SAP BW
- Experience in CPG and business/industry
- Experience having worked in a global environment and with virtual team.
