We collaborate with our business partners around the world to innovate, deliver standardized, integrated technology products and services to create tangible business value. **Position Snapshot**: Nestlé Global IT HR, Barcelona, Spain Undefined period of time contract, act. rate 100% Grade G **Position Summary**: Within our Human Resources Product Stream in IT, we are looking to fill the joint role of **Global Sr. Solutions Architect for Kronos & Global Product Manager for Retail Scheduling** to complete our Employee Lifecycle (ELC) & Total Rewards (TR) product group. ELC & TR enables >250,000 Employees, Line Managers and HR professionals around the Nestlé world in 150+ countries with > 2.5 million+ updates annually. It includes technologies enabling various Hire-to-Retire processes: Personnel administration, Position Management, People Enterprise Architecture, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Retail Scheduling, Compensation, Recognition, Sales Commissions, Global Mobility, HR Automation and Employee Services Digital Experience. These technologies also act as the engine for data and events that drive rest of Hire to Retire and other enterprise level processes and as well provide fuel to generate necessary people analytics and insights. Scope of this role covers: - Landscape of 5 Kronos Workforce Central instances hosted on Kronos Private Cloud - Integrations between Kronos landscape and other systems (Payroll, Labor Planning, etc) - Contribution to over-all Payroll & Time Management Technology Strategy - Retail Scheduling capability for Nespresso Boutiques worldwide **Responsibilities**: Below would be high-level architecture principles you would be delivering on - “Freedom in a box” - allow no code customization closer to business user with guard rails - “Reliable & Secure” - Ensure technology landscape is secure from cyber security incidents and any other incidents that could bring down the landscape Below would be high-level responsibilities for you as **Sr. Solutions Architect** - Design authority for all Kronos capabilities and integrations from / to Kronos - Own compliance / Security / User Management / Config Change Management / Integration landscape and overall Quality Assurance for Kronos landscape - Define and execute technical evolution of Kronos at Nestle - Drive initiatives to optimize / automate ongoing maintenance activities - Define & Maintain technology and integration landscape - Define & Align tech strategy with external trends, business needs and people strategy - Act as the technology Guru - evangelizing new IT delivery methods and new technologies - Act as Quality Lead - Define Quality Assurance standards and act as guardian of the same - Support Product Managers in definition & delivery of product vision and roadmap - Support Product Group Manager in defining & delivery of integrated product group vision - Support HR Product Stream Architect aligning with Enterprise Architecture vision Below would be high-level responsibilities for you as **Product Manager for Retail Scheduling** - Define long term vision, short term roadmap for Retail Scheduling considering Nespresso business needs, end user needs and available technology innovations - Support Nespresso B2C in driving business outcomes through retail scheduling - Redefine Global Template for Retail Scheduling - Deploy Retail Scheduling capabilities to new boutiques - Sustain and Evolution of Retail Scheduling capabilities for live Boutiques - Drive end user adoption, engagement, and satisfaction levels Your typical day-to-day activities include: - Prepare and maintain Architecture specifications for Kronos / Payroll / Time landscape - Review & Approve / Guide technology design changes to Kronos landscape - Facilitate requirement gathering & prototyping leveraging design thinking methodology - Perform feasibility study and provide estimations, high level plan for new initiatives - Troubleshoot long standing, difficult to solve open production / project issues - Mentor other IT Kronos resources - Partner with Application Managed Services to drive upgrades and clock maintenance - Lead resolution of critical / complex incidents, outages, degradations on Kronos landscape - Run training programs / education sessions to familiarize broader team on new technologies - Engage with industry benchmarking organizations, peers from within and outside Nestle **What will make you successful**: - 10+ years of experience with implementing & sustaining Time & Attendance systems - 5+ years of experience in being Technical Lead or Architect for Kronos Workforce
