We collaborate with our business partners around the world to deliver standardized, integrated technology products and services to create tangible business value. **In order to complete our Core Master Data team, we are currently looking for a Solution Architect - Core Master Data.** In this position, you will be accountable for supporting proactively and holistically Enterprise Architecture (EA) activities within the Core Master Data Product Group and Platforms that fit within the overall EA and meet the product group strategy. As a Solution Architect, you will provide the necessary leadership, experience, analysis, and design tasks related to the development of a set of products within Core Master Data Product Group. You will work closely with Product Manager for Core Master Data, Technical Experts, Regional teams and DevOps / development teams and suppliers to secure that the value planned will be delivered in the most optimal way and you will be accountable for supervising the design as well as the integration execution within the scope, owning the solution architecture specification. **Key responsibilities** - Deliver the architectural design for products and inputs to the roadmap by utilizing knowledge of defined reference architectures, technology trends, and implementation experience to translate a business need into a solution blueprint that represents an end-to-end technical solution - Deliver the integration of solutions within the product / platform and implements the integration strategy for cross-product group purposes - Identify the organizational impact (for example, on skills, processes, structures, or culture) and financial impact of the solution architecture in collaboration with the regional teams. - Define the guidelines, standards, and solution architecture to ensure product-based decisions are aligned with the enterprise's future-state architecture vision - Design and direct governance activities associated with ensuring product architecture assurance and compliance follow the agreed Nestlé standard. - Engage with Tech Leads, BAs, Product Managers and EA within (and across) the product groups to ensure alignment with the overall enterprise architecture **Required Profile** - Bachelor's degree in business or computer science, systems analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience - Demonstrated experience with business process Product Lifecycle Management, Master Data Management, Data Strategy and performance modeling, benchmarking, and financial analysis. - Strong Understanding of agile methods and processes, and capability of supporting agile project teams by providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impact, and risks, taking account of technical and architectural debt - Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of innovative technologies - Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments - Ability to translate future-state business capabilities and requirements into solution architecture requirements - Ability to propose and estimate the financial impact of solution architecture alternatives and business cases - Ability to understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations - Effectively communicates in English at different levels in the organization
