**Job Summary**

Reporting to the **Front Office/Guest Services Manager** of the resort.

**The incumbent’s duties & responsibilities are not limited to but includes**:

- Providing vital support in the management of the Front Office portfolio, greeting guests and training Front Office Agents.
- Ensuring that the standards, directives and expectations of the Front Office Manager are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensuring that customer service is delivered with great enthusiasm and confidence to the Couples Resorts standard.
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management or its equivalent.
- Have creative and innovative management styles, and be able to “think on ones feet.”
- Possesses excellent communication skills.
- Have prior work experience in same or similar field which would be an asset.
- Have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Have positive work ethics, attitude and flexibility.
- Be able to lead, motivate and work well in a team.
- Be computer literate.
- Knowledge of Property Management System (Resort Data Processing) would be an asset.
