**Job Summary**

The** Wedding Coordinato**r reports to the Front Office Manager and is accountable to him or her in all respects for the efficient and creative execution of all weddings for guests of the hotel.
- Must have certification from a recognized institution in Hospitality & Tourism Management
- Must have a minimum of two (2) years experience in a similar position or experience in events planning
- Has knowledge of Jamaican Legislation governing marriages
- Must have good command of the English language
- Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to relate well with persons at all level.
- Must be creative inclusive of detailed wedding planning detailing of special requests.
- Must have positive work ethics and attitude
- Must possess excellent Leadership and Motivational Skills
- Must have excellent time management skills
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to speak a foreign language would be an asset.
