Job Summary

The Dining Room Team Leader is responsible for the leading a team in shifts of quick, kind and efficient Dining Room Colleagues (Waiters & Waitresses).He/She sees everything through the lens of excellent and prompt service to the Guests.

Duties and Responsibilities not limited to but includes:

- Ensure the Restaurants are properly set up in time for meals
- Supervise the food and beverage service during meals
- Conduct pre-meal briefings as necessary
- Liaise thoughtfully, speedily, and consistently with the Kitchen and Sanitation department
- Have an Associate degree or its equivalent from a recognized institution in Food & Beverage Management.
- Have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in same or similar position.
- Competence in financial management, ability to control inventory, maintain costs and expenses.
- Have proven track record of time management, human relations and problem solving skills.
- Have a pleasing personality
- Be highly customer service oriented.
- Have the ability to communicate effectively with persons at all levels.
- Have the ability to motivate and manage a dynamic team.
- Must be able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment.
- Possess positive work ethics and attitude.
- Must be computer literate.
- Food Handler’s Permit is a must.
