En este caso estamos gestionando este proceso de selección en el que trabajaras directamente con una empresa líder mundial en soluciones transaccionales para empresas y sus empleados. La contratación será directamente con cliente final.
¿Qué buscamos?
Buscamos un/a Project Management Office donde tus funciones serán implementar métodos de gestión según un análisis previo que tengas en cuenta puntos clave como riesgos, recursos, plazos y otros aspectos relacionados con su planificación y ejecución.
**Requirements**:
- Llevar un control exhaustivo de los recursos que dispone la empresa para que el proyecto se cumpla en timings y presupuesto.
- Asignar los recursos durante el inicio del proyecto y calcular el valor ganado durante la etapa de desarrollo.
- Establecer indicadores clave de rendimiento para medir el desempeño del proyecto.
- Realizar un análisis de riesgos para identificarlos y evitar desvíos en el proyecto.
- Evaluar, informar y hacer propuestas de mitigación de riesgos en curso en el Proyecto.
- Implementar un proceso de control de cambios para reducir margen de error.
- Supervisar las tareas de cada una de las fases del proyecto, para controlar el correcto desarrollo.
- Niel alto de inglés.
