Join Allianz Retail Global Services as a PMO Specialist and make a real impact on how strategic projects are driven and delivered across the organization. In this role, you'll be at the heart of project governance and operational excellence, ensuring that initiatives run smoothly, efficiently, and in full alignment with Allianz's global standards.

What you do

• Oversee project lifecycle activities, ensuring compliance with Allianz standards and methodologies (Agile, ITIL).
• Maintain project governance frameworks, including documentation, approvals, and reporting.
• Track KPIs and SLAs for projects and services.
• Support capacity planning and resource allocation across multiple projects.
• Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and senior management.
• Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and decision-making forums.
• Administer and optimize PMO tools (JIRA, Confluence, EazyBI, SharePoint, ServiceNow).
• Develop dashboards and reports for project tracking and performance monitoring.
• Identify process gaps and implement best practices for efficiency and quality.
• Support organizational change initiatives and communication of new processes.

What you bring

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and frameworks (ITIL).
• Proficiency in PMO tools: JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, SharePoint, ServiceNow.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or are a plus.
• Fluent in English; German, French or Spanish proficiency is a plus.
