All of this supports us in our mission to power the world’s marketers with trusted and impactful advertising. **ABOUT THE ROLE** The position will help to shape and support the growth of the Insights & Marketing Analytics team, global field marketing and PR teams, and the organization at large. This role requires a passion for data-driven storytelling, a desire to constantly expand and transform the Criteo story, the skillful ability to work with several different departments - many of which have different goals and timelines, and extensive experience with survey programming and survey methodology. **Core Responsibilities**: - Lead primary (and sometimes secondary) market research efforts and data analysis to drive and support the marketing insights team strategy - Provide evidence-based strategic insights with a futuristic viewpoint identifying potential opportunities - Leverage insights to support company initiatives, product launches, sales strategies, and corporate marketing campaigns - Collaborate with key stakeholders and various team in the development and use of market insights including the content team, field marketing teams, product marketing, sales, and analytics teams - Collect data, interpret/analyze results and present conclusions in a variety of formats including research reports, whitepapers, high-profile keynotes, blog posts, press releases and more, for a number of regions/languages - Evaluate research tools and emerging technology - Work diligently and efficiently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Deliver projects in-time and on-budget. - Ensure adherence to professional standards and ethics of research. **QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS** - Minimum 2 years working in marketing research and data analysis. Experience with market research vendor is preferred but not essential. - Degree in a related field of study e.g., Statistics, Market Research, Psychology, Sociology (preferred but not essential). - Good experience working with web-based tools for survey research, analysis and reporting such as Qualtrics, Dynata, Lucid, etc. - Proficiency with Tableau and Wrike a plus (if not, then you will need to learn how to use these tools). - Demonstrated record of initiative, problem solving, and adaptability. - Strong listening, communication, and collaboration skills. - Team player who enjoys collaborating with a high performing group. - Examples of market research studies done in the past will be good to see.
