**Your mission**:
In this role you be a source of Competitive Advantage for PepsiCo that drives sustainable results by creating, stimulating and monetizing demand and enabling better decisions across the enterprise. The mission is to move from knowledge generators to decision change agents by relentlessly pursuing decisions that have a material impact on the business and advocating for the best actions to improve PepsiCo odds of success.

**Responsibilities**:
**_ Your day to day with us:_**
- Grounds & informs for Portugal market and Gazpacho IBP (Integrated Business Planning) process, delivering systematic trends and robust situation assessments that identify and prioritise market and portfolio/brand growth issues/opportunities
- Champion performance analytics for Gazpacho & Portugal Snacks and Beverages category: give holistic market and portfolio perspective thru multisource data with clear diagnostic sharing insights in order to support strategy definition and influence the business decisions taken both in PSP/ACP process as in day to day business.
- Translates data into actionable insights across all dimensions (categories, brands, shoppers, competitors, channels and customers) unlocking insights to define strategies that ensure growth.
- Helping to execute the brand/portfolio Learning Plans for Portugal (study by study execution and supporting the Marketing brand teams in bringing insights to life)
- Support the execution of Portugal Insights consumer projects focused on Brand Building, Innovation, Market place Insights in close partnership with research and creative agencies.
- Fuel NRM Strategy with insights ensuring consumer centricity
- Conduct consumer insights studies and provide insights to impact brands strategy and NRM agenda

Qualifications:
**_ What will you need to succeed?_**
- Strong analytical skills, being able to synthetize and integrate multiple sources seing the connection between different data and trends with a very good balance with business and commercial drive.
- Proven track record in understanding consumer insights and business insights and forecasting skills.
- 3 years of experience in Insights related functions (Consumer, Shopper Insights or Business Analytics), using qualitative and quantitative tools within the FMCG industry preferably.
- Prior experience in management of agency relationships
- Strong communication skills
- Experience and use of continuous market research tools (e.g. Kantarworldpanel, Nielsen, IRI)
- Fluent in English
