**We are currently hiring a Researcher and Insight Manager who will be responsible for gathering & sharing insights that can be used to inform and support decision making. This role is key to the wider business as reliable consumer and market insights are a critical enabler for the evolution of the product/service and the Experience.**
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Bringing the consumer perspective to business decisions making by executing market analysis and research activities to provide insights and recommendations.
- Aggregating, planing and managing the execution of research projects, either by external agencies or from internal teams.
- Identifying ideal methodology and providing oversight on the data collection process and analytic work plan to ensure all available information is generated to support business needs.
- Using a variety of research methods including focus groups, surveys, competitor and industry research to produce useful customer insight data and make recommendations to stakeholders via presentations and written reports.
- Leveraging research data and information to proactively identify business opportunities and gaining internal support to act upon these opportunities
- Participating in collecting, analyzing and reporting customer experience data and generating an Insight’s Hub to enable the rest of the teams to make decisions based on real insights and findings.
- Being the reference of all customer research company wide.
- Training internal stakeholders on how to gather the VOC (formal and informal way) as well as create best practice guidelines to spread the Research techniques all over the organization.
- Having a clear vision on all available research and what is being done in the company, organizing information and insights so that they are accessible throughout the organization in an easy and structured way.

**Requirements**:
- Expertise in all phases of research: definition of objectives and needs assessment, research design, sampling and methodology, data collection, fieldwork, data coding, analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge in traditional methodologies as well as those related to UX and the digital ecosystem in agile environments and continuous Discovery Methods.
- Proficiency in tools and techniques such as design thinking, brainstorming, surveys, interviews, focus groups, discovery, collaborative and ideation workshops, customer journey map, shadowing, card sorting, trend analysis, benchmarking, social listening, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage on data to develop strategy/decisions.
- Familiar with putting together data from multiple sources to tell a story.
- Strong knowledge of business visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Miro and Notion.
- Experience in innovation processes and methodologies and in collaborative work environments.
- Used to work with VOC platforms such as Medallia or Qualtrics.
- Knowledge of analysis tool
