To succeed in this role, we believe that you are creative and have technical focus. You have a few years of experience in project management to reach set goals. Furthermore, we see that you are proactive, structured and an ace when it comes to planning your working day. We value a social side and a natural positive attitude in you as a person as you work close to the business on a daily basis. As a person you are responsible and analytical. You are fluent in English in speech and writing. Personal qualities you possess is multitasking, an eye for good copy and problem solving skills.
**Your responsibilities**
- Contact 3-4 construction companies in order to obtain quotes and determine the most beneficial to the client
- Liase with client’s lawyer in order to obtain all necessary planning permission
- Build 3D model of the property using Sketchup or other software based on final floorplan
- Produce 3D renders for renovation using Vray or other software for marketing material
- With the client’s input, determine which fixtures and fittings should be ordered in order to stay within the budget and also fit the design of the renovation
- Visit the project on an ongoing basis to ensure that work is being completed to the timeline agreed with construction company and that work is up to standard
- Liase with construction company throughout the process in order to ensure that fixtures and fittings arrive on time (tiles, taps, sinks, etc.)
Pay: 1,300.00€ - 1,700.00€ per month
