**Job Title: Fintech Project Manager**

Location: Marbella, Spain

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented and motivated Fintech Project Manager to join our team in Marbella, Spain.

**Responsibilities**:
2. Obtain necessary licenses and documentation to initiate the process with banking partners.

3. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

4. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.

5. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

6. Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate risks and issues.

7. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

8. Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management.

9. Drive continuous improvement and optimization of project management processes and methodologies.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

2. Proven experience (3+ years) as a project manager in the fintech.

4. Strong understanding of fintech regulations, compliance, and industry best practices.

5. Excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks.

6. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration and consensus.

7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

8. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

9. Proficiency in project management tools and software.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
1. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.

2. Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

3. Knowledge of financial technologies, such as blockchain, cryptocurrencies, or mobile payments.

4. Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.

**Salary**: 2,500.00€ - 3,000.00€ per month
