**THE ROLE**

As a Solution Engineer at Kempower, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the ever-evolving EV market.

**In this role you will**:

- Represent the company as a technical consultant at all organizational levels
- Define charging solution proposals and requirements for the sales team including product selections, cost calculations, and delivery time estimations.
- Optimize the amount and quality of available information while working with the sales team to deliver solutions to meet client needs.
- Attend sales meetings and provide information to support clients’ engineering, installation, and commissioning teams.
- Educate customers on product functions and capabilities.
- Manage the delivery of solutions from start to final release to customers.
- Visit, inform and advise colleagues, customers, and third parties.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical information for RFI/RFQ/RFP responses.
- Create and revise existing technical documentation based on specific needs.

In this role, occasional travelling is required. You will be working with the Iberia team, your primary focus will be Portugal, but you will also contribute to Spain and LATAM-related cases projects depending on the workload.

At Kempower we work hybrid. Our Iberia team is located in Barcelona, Spain, but you can be working from Portugal as this country is the one the role will be focusing on primarily.

**WHAT HELPS YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE**
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, or long-lasting documented experience.
- Min. 5 years of experience in electrical/electronics, product development and management, and/or project management.
- Strong knowledge of general electrical, and construction codes and standards.
- Experience in automotive, EV or EV charging industries are remarkable merits.
- Curiosity to quickly develop in-depth knowledge of EV charging solutions.
- Experience with creating various documents including line diagrams and technical studies.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.

As our official company language is English, we expect you to have good English skills. Fluent Portuguese and Spanish are mandatory.
