**Are you an ambitious and proactive individual, eager to take on new challenges and develop your career in business management in the IT sector?**

We are looking for a motivated **Junior Business Manager **to join our dynamic team in Barcelona and contribute to the growth and success of Prime Group

**What You Will Do**:
As part of our team, you will be responsible for Business Development, Management, Hiring, and People Development.

**You will**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and build a client portfolio.
- Expand our business locally and internationally, ensuring brand implementation.
- Participate in client meetings, building strong relationships to understand their needs and expectations. Engage in the recruitment processes and focus on the development and management of your team, supporting their career paths, motivation, and engagement.

**Are you aligned with what we are looking for?**
- Recently graduated, ideally in Management or Engineering, or a Tech Recruiter with a passion for sales;
- Interest in the IT and Consultancy business;
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (mandatory); another language is a plus;
- Ambitious, driven, goal-oriented, and resilient.
- Leadership skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. Out-of-the-box mindset to set up and achieve strategic goals with our Team :)
