Flowserve Corporation is a public, multi-national company engaged in the engineering, manufacturing and servicing of advanced technology fluid handling and control equipment in a variety of markets worldwide. The products of the company include pumps, valves, mechanical seals and related services. The markets served include petroleum, power (nuclear & fossil), chemical processing and other general industry services where the movement and control of fluids are critical. Customers are both in the public and private sectors. As a Regional QA Engineer you will support in the development, implementation and running of quality management programs across the EMA region. Reporting to the Regional QA Manager, this role involves the day-to-day support to Quick Response Centers (QRC’s) and manufacturing plants for all quality related matters. Co-ordination and reporting of management quality KPI’s, customer problem resolution, conducting and supporting ISO9001 internal, external and supplier audits.

**Your Role**:

- Supporting implementation of quality initiatives and roll-out across the region
- Reporting of regional KPI quality data, including analysis and improvement plans
- Promoting the Zero Defect Program consistent with business vision
- Provide input, guidance and coaching to sites to evaluate quality performance
- Lead and conduct internal and supplier audits as required
- Coordinate with production in order to plan and execute inbound and production checks
- Manage relations with customers or third party company
- Participate in external supplier quality testing and audits
- Participate in Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) events
- Monitor product portfolio KPIs and drive effective root cause corrective actions where appropriate to address gaps to agreed targets
- Maintain and analyze data to provide information or identify problems for management and stakeholders on the state of a process or product quality
- Create awareness in the Leadership community regarding what opportunities have been discovered or developed and how to realize them
- Collaborate with the department or other company departments to clarify / resolve issues techniques related to QC activities.
- Offer all documents as per QAP to customer after coordinating with internal departments and closing all documentation queries

**Your Profile**:

- Experience in quality management system
- Understanding of product / process flow
- Strong organizational skills
- BS or BA Degree in relevant field and 5-7 years relevant experience
- Quality assurance experience in a manufacturing and engineered environment
- ISO9001 knowledge, auditor trained/certified
- Proficient in corrective action request management, RCA and CAPA tools
- Must be able to travel 30% both domestic and international

**Nice to Have**
- Experience in engineering and utilization of Lean and Six Sigma tools and methodologies
