Performance Marketing Strategist

**European Bartender School is looking for a Performance Marketing Strategist to join our International Marketing team**

As our Performance Marketing Strategist, you will play a key role in defining and executing our paid search strategies, while supporting with the successful implementation of paid social campaigns. A dynamic role, we are looking for an innovative and ambitious marketer with a strong propensity for working towards common and individual goals.

**Here’s what you’ll do**:

- Lead our Paid Search activities globally across different products and platforms such as Google Search ads, Display, Youtube, Programmatic and Bing Ads
- Perform routine optimisation for paid search campaigns including: keyword research and expansion, bid strategy management, budget allocation, forecasting, performance monitoring, ad format and dynamic creative testing
- Support in Paid Social activities as well, such as in campaign execution if needed, creative feedback and weekly reporting
- Identify opportunities and set the strategic roadmap for implementing best practices and pioneering test-and-learn initiatives to incorporate innovations and learnings of each experiment
- Manage monthly budgets for all PPC accounts, and create Weekly and Monthly Reports for all Paid Advertising Activities
- Work in close collaboration with other members of the performance team to align activities across all digital channels, and maximise results across all markets

**Job requirements**:

- Ambitious and motivated profile willing to grow and develop their career into a T-Shaped Marketer, taking courses and certifications during the process
- Willing to exit their comfort zone by touching new platforms or learning new skills from scratch to become a next-generation marketer
- 3 years of professional experience actively managing and optimising paid search, display, and video campaigns at significant scale
- Have experience managing global accounts and substantial monthly/annual budgets
- Familiar with managing campaigns through one or more of the major bid management solutions (Google Ads Editor and Google Marketing Platforms) and have a working. Experience with Search Ads 360 / DoubleClick for Search is a plus
- Strong knowledge of paid search account and campaign structure, processes, and best practices. Previous hands-on experience on Facebook and Instagram Ads of at least 1 year
- Comfortable with navigating technical intricacies of Online Display, Video and Search
- Expert at data-driven analysis in Excel / Google Sheets, a confident user of Google Analytics and may have exposure to data tools like Tableau, Supermetrics, or Google Data Studio; SQL is a plus.
- You have worked with copywriters and creative teams to thoughtfully develop and test brand-elevating copy that also drives performance
- Highly organised, excellent attention to detail, and able to work independently
- Our office language is English but another European language is a plus
