A super cool and innovative digital marketing agency based in Valencia, Spain is in search of a seasoned digital marketeer with previous experience running a digital agency to join their operation and take ownership of the day-to-day runnings of the freshly launched project.
This is a role for ambitious entrepreneurs with 5+ years of experience in similar projects in a digital agency environment. What we are really looking for is someone with great leadership experience alongside an incredible energy and motivation to get stuff done, whatever it may be. If you are a driven and dynamic entrepreneur with experience either founding a digital agency or working in a senior position in one previously, than this is the ideal role for you
Your day-to-day tasks will be extremely varied, as you will take the reigns of the organisation and work closely with the team of 6 co-founders to drive the agency towards its goal of being Europe´s number one one-stop-shop for agencies´ performance marketing needs
This is a really great opportunity to join a group of 6 inspirational entrepreneurs who have proven success in the launching and scaling of startups across a range of industries, you will become part of the family, working together on a daily basis to bring the best out of each other.
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of experience working in a digital marketing agency environment
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing (SEA, SEO, PPC etc)
- An expert in sales and new business development
- A true leader and able to inspire others
- Recruitment experience, you will be very involved in the recruitment of new talent to join the rapidly growing team
- You must be a fire-starter, someone who has seemingly endless energy to drive this startup forward
- Fluent in English (other languages would be a big bonus)
