**Site Controller (M/F/d)**:

- REQUISITION ID: 4542- LOCATION: Barasoain, ES- DEPARTMENT: Controlling / Finance**MY TASKS**
- Control project cost progress and deviations related to the site scope based on the budget in compliance with site progress.
- Responsible of following up the budget objectives for the site scope, preventing, analysing and reporting periodically possible deviations and proposing mitigation plans for risks.
- Report cost and financial status of the site scope of the project.
- Plan, follow-up, analyse the deviations and propose changes.
- Elaborate and send daily and weekly reports (internally and to the customer) with the progress of the work of the different contractors.
- Identify and report the deviations that compromise the execution plan and propose alongside the construction manager action plans for their correction.

**MY PROFILE**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in cost controlling or contract management.
- Ability to monitor and control projects.
- Strong personal planning & organisation skills.
- High level of commitment and dedication.
- Proficient software skills utilizing ERPs.
- MS Office basic programs (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Project).
- Proficient software skills utilizing Primavera P6.
- English language (spoken and written) and cultural awareness.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and customers.
